Hello, my name is Andrea. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) and a Yoga Therapist in training. I am passionate about creating trauma-sensitive spaces where people can reconnect with themselves and experience greater calm, regulation, and safety in their bodies.

Over the past 10 years of teaching, I have become deeply passionate about helping people move toward greater health, well-being, and wholeness. I believe healing begins with feeling safe. My hope is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to gently explore what your body needs with curiosity and compassion.

I teach trauma-sensitive yoga, restorative yoga, gentle flow, breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and polyvagal-informed education. Whether you're navigating stress, recovering from trauma, or simply longing to feel more at ease in your body, my goal is to offer practical tools, compassionate guidance, and a safe place to begin wherever you are.
