In Person - Body Freedom w/Alyson Series
This is a seven week series that focuses on learning to feel free in our bodies, accepting ourselves as we are, letting go of negativity that holds us back from living our truest selves.
Each class is an hour-long class to create a space to come as you are and listen to your body. During our hour together we will use Christ focused meditation, breath-work and postures to connect our mind and bodies.
All levels are welcome. Benefits of this practice can include a safe space to be present in your body, connection of breath and movement, increased body awareness, find out where you hold stress in your body, quiets the mind, allow acceptance in and for your physical body as it currently is.
Sunday at 8pm in person, at Roselle studio, on April 3rd, 10th 24th, May 1st, 8th, 15th & 22nd.
