This 5 week series is designed to use breath, meditation, postures, and scripture to allow students to inhabit their bodies in a safe and ultimately freeing way. In our world that is so busy we often ignore or neglect our physical bodies, this is an opportunity to tune in and engage with your physical self. This class is geared towards beginners, though all levels are welcome.
